The Mid Atlantic Guitar Show welcomes exhibitors who buy, sell, or trade guitars and guitar-related items/services, including but not limited to amps, pedals, and accessories. 

Each Exhibitor Booth Registration includes the allotted space size and tables indicated in registration. You will be asked about the number of exhibitor passes and chairs in the online application. Each person associated with your booth must have a pass to attend, and be an employee of your business or assistant.

This year, we have more room! Once again we have single tables, but we also have 10×10 and 10×20 booth spaces available. Upon registration, vendors will be able to select their booth and may select adjoining booths to make a 10×20 space. If you need a larger space, please contact us in advance. You will be able to choose your booth(s) during the online registration application.

The Table setup layout for each booth is our suggested layout and the best use of the space.

We also will have the Trading Post available throughout the weekend, where individuals may bring in items they are looking to trade or sell. They will “rent” a space for a guitar or amplifier for $50 for one instrument which includes their entry fee. 

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance for the event to cover themselves for lost, stolen, or damaged items and protection against damages to the venue/others. There are temporary event policies available. Contact your insurance agent for information.

All exhibitors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.

Once your Reservation has been received and payment has been made we will forward lodging information to you.
