Skyler Cumbia is a singer/songwriter and music therapist. She is originally from Virginia but has been based out of Wilmington, Delaware since April 2020.
Skyler is a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys many genres of music, but will most often be found playing folk and pop music with an occasional jazz standard. She became involved in the music scene of Wilmington and the surrounding areas through open mics and gigging at coffee shops, breweries, and music festivals.
From connections made through those experiences, Skylerwas able to record and release an EP of original music in 2023! The music she writes is influenced and inspired by my experiences and thoughts on life, international travels, love of nature, and much more. It is her hope to continue recording original music in the coming years!

The Old State House concert series is presented by Delaware Friends of Folk. These events are supported by a grant from the Kent County Fund for the Arts, an organization that aims to enhance the quality of life, educate, and broaden perspectives by supporting the arts and arts organizations in Kent County. Support is also provided by the First State Heritage Park, a partnership of State and City agencies under the leadership of Delaware State Parks.
