Overview

Next Upcoming Date:
Saturday, April 18, 2026
Focusing on the refinement of our historic building through the rhythm of the night. The Smyrna Opera House holds its “Refining The Rhythm” fundraising event to help expand our building and focus on the arts. All proceeds for the event go towards the building expansion in what was previously the Smyrna Library. This expansion will not only give the Smyrna Opera House more space, but it will also allow for the opening of ‘The Delaware Entertainment Hall of Fame‘. This will be a space dedicated to honoring local entertainers and the impact they make on our state.

VIP ticket holders are invited to join us at 5:30pm for a unforgettable party alongside a riveting performance. Prior to a performance by the ‘Epic Soul Band’ at 7:30pm, guests can experience a pre-show cocktail party we like to call the “Taste of Smyrna and Beyond”. Many of the best Delaware based caterers will provide heavy hors d’oeuvres for VIP guests to enjoy. Alongside the food, there will be a live auction and round table seating in our theater for your enjoyment.

Balcony Show ticket holders are invited to join us at 7:30pm for a performance by the “Epic Soul Band”. Epic Soul has been providing the best in private, corporate and concert entertainment since 2009. This dedicated group, featuring members of the Chops Horns, sing the greatest Motown, R&B, Rock, and Pop hits! Offering a truly unique and sophisticated entertainment experience.
