Downtown Dover is undergoing an exciting facelift, making a good thing even better for residents and visitors — this project is called Capital City 2030.
The revitalization project includes, but is not limited to:

A six-story retail and residential building: Will include a community grocery store, daycare, retail space and 140-180 residential units under one roof

A multilevel transportation center: Will have over 300 parking spaces, a bus stop, a bike share and electric vehicle charging

Water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades: Will ensure historic Dover remains an appealing attraction for decades

With project funding secure, the upgrade has already started. Dover city planners expect work to be complete by 2030.
