The Leap Frog Bicycle Tour is a casual ride – a leap from pond-to-pond in central and southern Delaware. The course offers a unique look at the beautiful ponds of central Delaware. Enjoy mostly flat road as you leap from pond to pond. Enjoy one of two rides: the 1/2 metric century (50k or 32 miles); or the full metric century (100k or about 63 miles). Well marked route, cue sheets, SAG support with rest stops along the way. Check-in at 7 am. No mass start.
